These, about humanity, I reckon to be true:
That they are captains of their minds and chiefs of their souls; that with their divine compass, they can steer their Ship of Thoughts to safety, even in stormy weather, until it reaches the Shore of Fulfillment; that they can command the Seed of Labour buried in their souls to bring forth a fruitful output; that they are, therefore, where they are today as a result of things they think, do or didn’t do and they will be tomorrow, and the day after, as a result of the same factors.
Now You Possess Lifetime Freedom

Confidence Building - 4 Dynamite Ways to Paint Your Self Esteem In Gold
“To establish true self-esteem we must concentrate on our successes and forget our failures and the negatives in our lives” – Denis Waitley.
Knowing that you have a place in this world somehow, gives you more joy than ever. The level you think yourself to be determines the level of your comfort; the same goes for people in your category – no more or less. It is as it should be; so you had better put a thought on the level you place yourself.
When people of little or no self confidence see others, and by all means spot their accomplishments, that they may wish in their hearts that they were in the successful person’s shoes, they put it down on luck. Not for once do they notice the cuts right in the heart caused by failures and disappointment; nor do they see that they had been through hell, survived the storm, climbed hills and mountains, and still persist and hold firmly to their course, despite the torture and pain. Now, people of little faith and low self esteem put down what these people had labor for on luck.

2 Effective Road-maps to Finding Your way Right Back on Track When Lost In Doubt
“Our doubts are traitors and make us lose the good we oft might win, by fearing to attempt.” – William Shakespeare
“I doubt therefore I think; I think therefore I am.” – Rene Descartes
“Just think of the tragedy of teaching children not to doubt” – Clearance Darrow
Fair enough, only fools do not doubt. For it is through reasonable doubt that you discover the weak rock upon which you stand and if thorough analysis is being taken into consideration, the birth of a strong rock, that which mounts to a higher position, is being assured.
However, doubts can as well backfire if they spend more than that they should; for they are, for your own sake, not meant to be lifetime partners but a way that leads to enlightenment that you may see those necessary things you require but still lack; and after you must have realized that, their work are done.
Parasitic characteristics display by doubts tend to pull the host into unconsciousness that they may not be decisive and the chances of surviving such stage is close to nil. But I guess these tips could serve as road-maps to finding your way back.

3 Great Thoughts to Ponder When Your Hope Sinks
"It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change.” – Charles Dawrwin
By nature, humans have got an outstanding surviving potential that they may climb hills and mountains of life and still persist; that they may confront the storms and lightening of life and dare not steer their ship to catch the breeze of popular favor; that they may take that which life dishes out to them and move on all in the hope that, someday, their efforts will pay off good and that their hearts and souls will come to rejoice and sigh in a tone of contentment when the sun they have always longed for shines upon them.

That’s just the theory. The real work lies in the practical aspect of it. The tragic part is that human has also unlimited power to despair when torture has reached its stunning peak. It leaves you chattered. Perhaps, you know what I mean.
These are thoughts I reckon will help when such times should come.

Reflection of Life - My Inspirational Journey
I know not precisely of what awaits me on the path I choose to follow; nor do I know when and how each occurrence will come to be. But I followed my heart not for selfish reasons but for my peace of mind. I alone have the power to choose which it shall be: A wretched life that deprives one from all but deprave associates; that subjects one to a world of cruelty and torture that one may be doomed, and one’s whole life and what they have labored for will be considered nothing but a waste.

Depression Treatment - 3 True But Forsaken Tips on Overcoming Depression
Even silence can, at times, sound creepy noisy, and that apparently, is one of the symptoms of anxiety. You might get tuned to a bad mood that makes you freak out that even depression treatment will be of no good; and feel like the sky is going to fall . But honestly, it won’t.
Chicken Little also felt the same and came running in panic: “The sky is falling!” But it never did fall. Even if it was going to fall, it would fall on no one but him.
Fear certainly, caused Chicken Little’s panic, but the truth is: The demon he is afraid of, is of his own making.

Achievement - Man's Desire to Succeed
It was very dark in a night; dark enough to prevent every man from finding their way home. The moon seemed to have hidden behind the clouds and everyone kept wondering when it would appear again and cast its beauty upon earth.
In his home... in his room and in the dark, an aged man stood thoughtfully at the window. He gazed with a long, despairing look, upon the fixed, eternal, and glorious heaven, and down upon the silent, still, and snow-white earth; whereon was none so joyless, so sleepless as he. For he had dawned on him that it will surely come pass that his blessing will to bless him and that his curse will come to hunt him down.

Self Empowerment Theories and Practices
See that wretched outcast! Poor and miserable, shunned by all but depraved associates, he drags out the worthless remnant of his days. He is disturbed deep down inside. He carries with him, everywhere he goes, the poisonous fruits of his wrong deeds he has so planted. Tears run down his chin and his heart aches but signs of a heart attack are not evident. He sigh and the tears come running down more and more --"Oh, could I begin life again:--could I but live my days over once more-- how different the course I would pursue; how different the things I would undo and the things I would do. Instead of rushing on blindly and mindlessly, without forethought or care, and allowing myself to become an easy prey to temptation and sin, I would reflect maturely, and choose wisely the path for my footsteps. Faithfully I would search for the way of virtue, honesty, sobriety, and goodness, and strictly would I walk therein! I would be of great positive impact on humanity and also be of positive influence on people that I may be rewarded for my kindness."

If I Could Live Life Over Again - 7 Things I Would See to
Quite often I hear old and young people say if they could live life over again they would not; rather, they would do things differently. I’m in no position to judge them so I shall not attempt to.
Life is full of ups and downs; perhaps their life experience wasn't as pleasant as they thought it would be; so it’s understandable if they do not wish to live it again. My whole life hasn’t been too smooth either but if I could live life over again, I would. I would not do things differently. I would live like I do this life.

Citizens of Humanity - Truth Behind Human Existence
These truths I hold to be self-evident:
That humanity was made to be happy; and happy they shall be when they understand that they can not attract what they want but what they are; that the very best way to help ourselves is to help others, and often the best way to help others is not to tamper with their personal lives; that useful effort means the proper exercise of all our faculties; that we grow only through exercise; that learning is non-stop throughout life, and the joys of mental endeavor should be, especially, the solace of the old; that where men alternate work, play and study in right proportion, the organs of the mind are the last to fail, and death for such has no terrors.
